Shipping and handling in the UK
All domestic orders placed on Mooji’s online satsang shop ship within 1–3 business days after you complete your order. Depending on weight and shipping address, the package will usually arrive within 3–5 business days after it was shipped. Allow for additional processing time during intensives or retreats (www.mooji.org/schedule).

International orders
All international orders placed on Mooji’s online satsang shop ship within 3–5 business days after you complete your order. Depending on weight and shipping address, the package may take several days to several weeks to arrive after it was shipped. Allow for additional processing time during intensives or retreats (www.mooji.org/schedule).

You, the customer, are responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with your order and to know applicable laws of your country governing imports. Some goods may be restricted or banned altogether. Pease check with the appropriate local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays and import bans and restrictions before you place an order with us. Mooji’s online satsang shop is not responsible for any taxes, fees, and delays or non-delivery of goods due to important bans and restrictions. We can refund the cost for merchandise that is returned to us.

Not happy with your product?

Mooji’s satsang shop is happy to accept returns for any defective or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase. Before you return merchandise, please contact Mooji’s online satsang shop at satsangshop@gmail.com. When you write, explain the problem to help us ensure that it does not re-occur. Please include your contact details and order number. We advise you to mail the item back by recorded delivery to the return address found on the invoice that came with the package. Returned goods must arrive in their original packaging and in good condition. Once received, we initiate a replacement, exchange or store credit as you wish. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you. Return postage costs are not refundable.

You, the customer, are responsible to make sure you give us the correct delivery address. Mooji’s online satsang shop will not be responsible for items that are undeliverable or returned to us for any reason.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks once we have received the return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5–10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5–10 business days).
